ITM’s

Experience banking with a personal touch using ACFCU's Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). These advanced machines go beyond traditional ATMs by connecting you directly with an ACFCU teller for assistance and a wider range of transactions.

Where to find our ITMs:

  • Main Headquarters (I-40 & Bell): Available inside the lobby and drive-up.

  • Pampa Location (Pampa, TX): Available inside the lobby and drive-up.

  • Ross Location (I-40 & Ross): Drive-up only.

You'll find that ITMs still provide all the basic functions of a regular ATM, but with the added benefit of live teller support.

All five lanes have an ATM that functions as both traditional and interactive.

The ATM provides self-service for quick transactions. During business hours, you can request ‘Teller Assistance’ to speak with an ACFCU Interactive Teller.

The ITM

Our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) work just like the ATMs you're familiar with, but with an added bonus: the ability to connect with a live ACFCU Teller during business hours.

Here's how easy it is to get started:

  1. Tap the screen or insert your debit card.

  2. Your usual ATM options will appear, and you can proceed with your transaction.

  3. If you need assistance, simply select 'Request Teller Assistance,' and an ACFCU teller will appear on screen to help you.
